First buses will be in the Hub on Wednesday 2 May to re-promote their weekly and monthly discounted bus tickets, as well as answering questions on their service.

Be part of a fun, rewarding and inspiring night walking with 2000 women to support St Elizabeth Hospice. Whether you decide to take part in memory of a loved one, to get fit or to enjoy a great night out with friends and family, you will be helping to ensure we can continue to provide services free of charge to the local community. The registration fee is £15 per person which includes a Midnight Walk t-shirt which will be posted to you before the event, refreshments en route, a Midnight Walk medal and a bacon roll and hot chocolate at the end of the walk!

New Balance & Sweatshop are teaming up and will be in the Hub from 11.00-14.00 on Wednesday 4 April to carry out free gait analysis, give expert advice and the opportunity to try on the latest innovative footwear from New Balance.

Footwear that is improperly sized or unsuited to your biomechanical and training needs will increase your risk of injury (i.e. knee, back and hip pain) and possible training interruptions (i.e. blisters, black toenails, bunions).

• Static assessment of the feet

• Trying and testing of shoes suitable for your running style
• Running and training advice.

Gradnet 2012 is raising money for Cancer Research UK on Wednesday 28 March at lunchtime in the Hub.

Gradnet 2012 is raising money for Cancer Research UK on 28 March at lunchtime in the Hub. Approximately 15 people from Adastral Park, including supporting volunteers, are taking part in a cycle race starting on 18 April between BT Centre and Cardiff Stadium via Southampton and Bath. The event will be run over three days, covering a distance of 220 miles.

On Wednesday 21 March, Ken West will be in the Hub at lunchtime to promote and raise funds for the Be Child Cancer Aware charity.

On Thursday 22 March, as part of the Business Continuity Awareness Week, members of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) team will be at Adastral Park from 09.00-16.30 and will be located on the closed road by the Hub. An Incident Response vehicle and supporting equipment will also be on display.
