See my reply to David – also it’s worth noting that the last newsletter on the old website was dated December 2008 so it was a year out of date at the point the pages were removed. I don’t know who used to provide the newsletter but I will endevaour to find out for you.

I notice that the Retired Staff Section pages have been removed, without any information to or consultation with RSS.
Can somebody please explain why this is.

The whole website was reviewed a year ago. Any content that didn’t get updated or confirmed as being still current was removed at that stage (January 2010). If you would like to be the content owner and are willing to review the content on a regular basis I will reinstate it. I will also confirm with AtLAS who from the RSS was contacted to update the pages a year ago.
