As a London 2012 Sustainability Partner, BT committed to provide LOCOG, the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, with the carbon footprint of the communications services that BT will be providing. Graham Seabrook will talk about product carbon footprinting in general, the development of the methodology which underpins BT’s London 2012 Carbon footprint and how this is being applied more widely across BT.

*If you would like to participate remotely by audio & webex, we have a restricted number of lines – email Andrew Cassy for details. The replay should also be available afterwards via the club website

Planned talks for later in the year include ‘Reducing the Network Footprint’ and the Environment Agency will be returning to tell us more about what they do. We would welcome suggestions for other topics and events – contact Andrew Cassy – 628023.
