Last year we hosted the largest single beachwatch event in the UK, collecting over a ton of rubbish thanks to the help of over 132 volunteers – mostly from the local Ipswich & Felixstowe scout groups. This year we plan to do even more.
Saturday 17 September, from 10am – 4pm, at the Suffolk Wildlife Trust Trimley Marsh site (access via Cordy Lane) – see map
Volunteers are needed for just a couple of hours to help litter pick, car park management and (BT) minibus drivers.

Thanks to the support from BT, Ipswich & Felixstowe Scouts, Marine Conservation Society, Suffolk Coast & Heaths, Suffolk Wildlife Trust and the Trimley Estate.
