Would you like to learn techniques to improve your mood?

BT is working with the Suffolk Mental Health Partnership to deliver well-being workshops, with free sessions in Adastral Park on:

• Healthy Eating
• Exercise
• Sleep
• Relaxation
• Problem Solving

Many of us suffer with difficulties with our emotional health at some point in our lives.

These sessions aim to equip you with tools that have been shown to work effectively with depression and anxiety. Sessions are approximately 1½ hours long and will run during November at Adastral Park.
