Live Well Suffolk is the county’s integrated healthy lifestyle service funded by Suffolk County Council and work in partnership with the NHS. They offer stop smoking support, adult and child weight management services, personal health plans, and physical activity courses such as Spin and Zumba. Everything is provided FREE!

Staff from the Adastral Park Bodytalk gym will be present at the Live Well Suffolk event at lunchtime on Tuesday 7 January to discuss the benefits of health and exercise and to give advice on the programmes and classes offered at the Adastral Park Bodytalk gym. The AP emergency services team will also be present to carry out blood pressure and blood-sugar checks.

There are no events planned for the Hub during this time.
