Our latest Health Innovation Hub Forum took place on the 24th January 2023 on the topic of "New builds for Health"

An opportunity to build a new department/ facility or refurbish an existing one, provides the chance to design a modern build that supports safe, effective and efficient patient care, with the flexibility to meet future developments in healthcare, technology and patient needs.

During the session we heard from Dr Hannah Steventon , Research Fellow at the University of Suffolk’s Suffolk Sustainability Institute. Hannah provided an overview on the new Smart House at Adastral Park.

We also heard from Steve Benns , part of the BT Health team, Steve will talked about the various considerations and requirements for new builds in health along with current collaborations and future projects.
