BT have 40 roles based at Adastral Park available with a start date of 23 September 2019. Assessment days will be running from 21 – 23 August at Adastral park, so for anyone that is interested, please apply now!

What are the Ipswich apprentice assessment days?
In order to quickly progress potential talent, candidates will sit all of the apprenticeship application in one day. Candidates will also have the opportunity to meet current apprentices working in Adastral and go on tours of the site to find out more about our research and innovation hub.
Even for candidates who are not successful, we are hoping this will be a fantastic experience that will help them prepare for future interviews and assessments.
The assessment days take place after A-Level results day to encourage individuals to apply who may not necessarily still want their place at university, or have just missed the grades needed.

Apprenticeship roles on offer
The apprenticeships on offer consist of Software and Networks degree-apprenticeships which last 4 years. Apprentice join on a starting salary of £16,149 and are able to achieve annual £3k+ pay rises so long as they meet performance requirements.
We're passionate about developing early talent and have already nurtured an apprentice community in our ‘university campus’ (Adastral Park). We are keen to extend this with our 2019 intake of fresh talent.

Entry requirements for the roles are (can be predicted or achieved):

• Networks Higher – two A-Levels with a minimum of CC grades plus five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English Language and Maths


• Software and Networks full degree - three A-levels with a minimum of BCC grades plus five GCSEs at level 4-9 (C or above) including English Language and Maths
