In this podcast Nicky chats with Jim Marshall CEO of Hiring Consultancy Marshall Wolfe; a member of the hi tech cluster Innovation Martlesham.
Jim opens the podcast by outlining how he got into the recruitment business via teaching; which is probably a strange, but interesting route to take, he observes. He explains how his industry is changing and how Marshall Wolfe has taken up the challenge to embrace this change.

Nicky picks up on the point that Jim makes on how the industry needs to change and asked Jim why some ‘West Coast’ companies are focussing their job vacancy adverts around Surfing (rather than tech skills). Jim goes on to explain why this is happening and why it’s a good sign.
