February has seen a series of activities taking place at Adastral Park to inspire the next generation of technologists.

BT's Applied Research with a huge number of volunteers have helped to teach 1,170 school children about computational thinking as well as hosting an NCSC Cyber First Girls competition with BT Security.

These school events contribute to a huge 8,000 children in total who are inspired by BT at Adastral Park every year (as well as 800 teachers) with growing numbers of new BT graduates and apprentices citing these days as contributing factors when applying for BT.

Applied Research's Tim Whitley also hosted Thérèse Coffey (Secretary of State for Work and Pensions) with Andy Skingley where she was able to speak to some of Adastral Park BT apprentices.
