Paul will describe how McLaren Applied Technologies use modelling and simulation, as well as physical systems such as the vehicle simulator, to develop their products quickly and effectively. Paul has worked with both McLaren's Racing and Automotive companies to help them do this, as well as in fields as broad as supermarkets, oil and gas and golf clubs. Paul is the technical lead for a major partnership they have with Ford, IPG and Loughborough University in developing a cloud platform to commercialise a lot of their internal tooling.
