What is the Adastral Park Women in Tech Network:
Adastral Women in Tech is a network based at Adastral Park in Suffolk supporting and celebrating women and minority genders in STEM. We are a trans- and non-binary-friendly group advocating for gender equality in technology and wider STEM fields.

Who is the group aimed at:
Anyone based at Adastral Park.

Purpose of the group:
1. Creating awareness of, and opportunities for, STEM careers for young women
2. Increase networking and engagement between professionals working for the multitude of companies based at Adastral Park.
3. To have an all-inclusive supportive network with advice, opportunities for mentoring and access to technology based events and WiT opportunities.

How are we going to achieve our goals:
1. Working with members from BT's Applied Researches Academic and Research Partnerships Team to get involved with on-site events, work experience and insight days, careers fairs and virtual learning opportunities.

2. Hosting Monthly knowledge calls to address the important topics and share technical knowledge, hosting on site events for networking opportunities, keeping the discussion going by having bi-weekly Community Engagement meetings to discuss any new ideas, upcoming events and what we as a network can do.

1. Having an active teams, workplace and LinkedIn page to share tips and advice, answer anyone's questions and advertise the latest events and what's coming up

If you would like to get involved please email adastral.wit@bt.com.
