The free NHS Health Check is a world-leading prevention programme with almost 1.5millon people having the check every year. Anyone between the ages of 40 – 74 are eligible for a Free NHS health check, health checks are a free check-up of your overall health.

It can tell you whether you’re at higher risk of getting certain health problems such as diabetes, heart disease or stroke.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to assess your risk of developing any potential problems & help you to maintain or improve your health.
