SMB - Commercial & Propositions Director, BT Group
Beth is the Commercial and Propositions Director for BT’s market-leading Small and Medium Business (SMB) division. The SMB team supports over one million small and medium businesses across the UK with fixed and mobile telephony, connectivity, cloud, and security products. Beth leads SMB’s strategy, annual commercial plan, proposition development, customer base management and pricing. Having started her career in financial services at Accenture, Beth has spent the past 10 years at BT in Service, Strategy and Commercial roles. Outside of her Directorial role, Beth is passionate about small business productivity, and the important role small businesses play in the UK economy. She is also a strong supporter of supporting women in technology, actively involved in speaking engagements, coaching and mentoring programmes.
