Paul leads the network function at Nationwide Building Society, accountable for ensuring the society's connectivity is robust, secure, and cost effective. He leads a large team built from a mix of third party and internal staff across network change and run.

Previous to Nationwide Paul spent a large portion of his career at Citigroup on various roles within the network engineering function. More recently, he spent a number of years in aviation at Collins Aerospace, leading the global customer ground network function that provided connectivity for both air to ground communications as well as other logistical connectivity such as checkin and baggage services.

Paul is passionate about driving simplification as an enabler for better service, better value and delivery at pace.
