Elevating efficiency
Energy efficiency is better for the planet and lowers costs for our customers. We are honoured to be the only data centre company named the Energy Star Partner of the Year by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for our energy efficiency efforts.
The energy we use to power our European and US colocation portfolio is matched with 100% renewable energy attribute certificates. We're listed among the top 100 largest buyers of renewable energy by the US EPA. We have 1 GW of solar and wind energy under contract in the US and have 1.8 MW of on-site solar installations.
Reducing waste
Our data centres are designed to require fewer construction materials while delivering industry-leading Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE). This not only lowers our customers’ carbon footprint but also their costs.
Building responsibly
We surpassed over one gigawatt of IT capacity certified in accordance with sustainable building standards (over 12 million square feet in 2022), the first data centre provider to achieve this milestone.
Demonstrating our commitment
Over 50% of our certified projects since 2007 have received LEED Gold or Platinum-equivalent ratings, delivering increased asset value and lowering operating costs for our customers.
