With 33 years' experience in IT, Carl owns and is responsible for the digital Industries technology strategy of BT's Global unit which forms the digital foundations that allow us to support our customers.

Across all industry sectors Carl works together closely with industry CIO's and CTO's and helps them truly realise the benefits of Industry 4.0 through technology and service digitisation.

He's a renowned leader in the industry who drives IT transformations and manages complete project lifecycles, blending strategic vision with operational execution. Carl acts as a strong advocate for a balanced approach to maintain healthy customer relationships.

Carl joined BT in 2007 as a Solution Architect mainly focusing on technology transformation, solution architecture, strategy and design. Carl has built a wealth of expertise with large transitions and transformations within infrastructure, telecommunications managed services and business process/IT outsourcing.

In 2021 Carl represented BT in analyst events with the major analyst houses.
