Jack manages sustainability focused projects for the Sizewell C Project, which will be a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station in East Suffolk generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. To successfully build this large infrastructure project, the team works closely to understand the needs and concerns of the local community. Based locally, Jack works with internal and external stakeholders to understand and deliver on sustainability needs. This includes projects in biodiversity, working with social partners and the supply chain. Jack has worked with Sizewell C for 4 years and 6 years with EDF, fulfilling various roles which make the case for new nuclear energy and its role in decarbonising the UK electricity grid to reach Net Zero.
