Richard is a senior technology executive with over 25 years' experience in EMEA and US leadership, managing Advisory & Professional Services, Customer Success Consulting and Pre-Sales Engineering for global vendors and integrators.

Based in the UK, he has led complex customer-facing teams for software vendors including VMware, delivered market-changing communications tools as Avaya's EMEA CTO, developed ground-up consulting practices with Accenture as well as CIO engagements and change programs for Lehman Brothers, Cisco, F5 & Horizon. He has a proven background leading customer-facing technology groups who are focused upon solutions adoption, technical integration and innovation strategy.

In addition to a wide array of advisory engagements, he has extensive experience in developing customers' digital transformation and product roadmaps for; Telecoms, Enterprise Communications, Applications and Customer Experience (CCaaS)

As well as international industry keynotes, analyst advisory and press engagements, he regularly helps businesses build teams who can execute "business technology" and innovation, in order to broaden the capability and commercial competency of systems integrators and vendors.

Richard concurrently delivers several non-executive roles for innovation start-ups the world over, advising on business strategy, technology imperatives and is a Fellow of the Customer Experience Foundation.
