As a CSO of Tech Mahindra, Sandeep is responsible for Understanding and predicting changes in the external sustainability environment and ensures that their business practices are economically, environmentally, and socially sustainable. He has been navigating, influencing, and cutting through organizational complexities to allow the organization to deliver on its ESG commitments.
He created a common vision for the company, identified opportunities to demonstrate how sustainability creates competitive advantages and provide with a more fulsome picture of the outcomes of a business decision.
He is a versatile, goal driven, result oriented executive leader with diverse background in multiple sectors with a proven track record of 25 + years in IT & IT Services, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure industry. With more than a decade's experience in the area of EHS and Corporate Sustainability, Sandeep has led the sustainability agenda from the initiation stage at Tech Mahindra to the Leadership position today. He has been instrumental in several key policy advocacy initiatives, leading a diverse stakeholder base and is being recognized by the national and international agencies.
