Professor Tim Vorley is Pro Vice-Chancellor and Dean of Oxford Brookes Business School, and leads on Entrepreneurship and Enterprise at Oxford Brookes University. Tim has led a wide range of projects and initiatives in the UK and internationally focusing on enterprise and innovation funded by UKRI, and works closely with Innovate UK as part of the Innovation and Research Caucus. Much of his research is on small business and entrepreneurship, and he has also undertaken research on small business sustainability with Small Business Britain and the impact of community business with Power to Change. Tim works with several government departments, and is also Vice Chair of the Small Business Charter, created by Lord Young, that recognises the role business schools play in supporting small businesses and student entrepreneurship. He has previously held roles at the universities of Oxford, Cambridge and Sheffield as well as undertaking study missions with the OECD
