Toby Butler has been involved in EV charging for the last 6 years and in the transport and energy sector for over 20 years. At ubitricity UK he leads the growth and operations of the largest charging network in the country. Prior to joining ubtricity, he was Shell General Manager Emobility Europe leading the growth of EV charging infrastructure and services. He led the team that implemented the first Shell rapid charger in UK, worked on the development of the recent Shell Recharge EV hub in London and developed major deals with retailers and location partners in Europe to extend the charging network. His goal is to make EV charging as simple and convenient to help accelerate the energy transition.
