Can you have a diverse team where people still don't feel included?
Answer:
Yes. Diversity is incredibly important and is about ensuring your team is a mix of gender, ethnicity, age, religion and more. However, people in a diverse team will only feel included if we also focus on valuing and respecting people from all backgrounds and embracing what makes them unique. When employees feel valued and appreciated for who they are, they do their best work and feel part of the organisation's core values.
